Not before time, a 1.0 release. This pins to Scanpy 1.8 since some features are dependent on that version.

• Add first basic scrublet integration #93 (this was waiting for scverse/scanpy#1741)
• Make sure that paga without basis uses color if given #100 (this PR also including BBKNN fix to match scverse/scanpy#1868).
