This PR will close #115.

We will be fully re-combining app files to reduce the amount of fragment files (if any are left).

We will set the stage to also pre-get some color-options for users for Publish.

Publish will be much more stripped down. Faster. Lightweight.

@ebullient This is ready. I only touched a couple of small things on the base theme.

The rest is being split off. Without a much, much larger refactor, and adding a lot more mixins, this is probably the best way to adjust publish-specific needs.

🔥 Remove Publish typography

This is a tweak, but does not match base theme. This can be someone's added CSS snippet to Publish.
