I've integrated the paramdb script that queries the parameter database to generate up-to-date mir parameter classifications from there.

Please confirm the choice of host (webapps-db-prod) is correct, and most up-to-date.

This issue is to track discussion that these changes are intended, so we can consolidate on the single source of information (the database).
