Are we waiting for other PRs beyond editorconfig/editorconfig-core-test#41 and https://github.com/editorconfig/specification/pull/21to vote about? |

Not that I know of. If the Board approves the change, all the other cores will need PRs, but I do not think those are necessary right now. I am investigating why the vim core failed on Windows. |
