This PR removes the page that was migrated from https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/infer-service-watsonx-ai.html, since that information now exists in the API docs here:https://www.elastic.co/docs/api/doc/elasticsearch/operation/operation-inference-put-watsonx
The removal now occurred in #692
I also changed some of the links to point to the group of inference APIs, rather than a specific inference API. There are quite a few links that go directly to the https://www.elastic.co/docs/api/doc/elasticsearch/operation/operation-inference-put API, which I think will need to be revisited as well... but I think it's okay to defer that until all the tasks in #3821 are complete.
