## Summary Part of elastic/kibana-team#1503 This pull request removes the legacy `x-pack/test` directory and its references from the Kibana repo, consolidating test configuration, artifact upload, ESLint patterns, and code ownership under the newer `x-pack/platform/test` and solution-specific directories.
