Summary

Closes #244143

This changes all usages of unflattenKnownApmEventFields in the errors routes to accessKnownApmEventFields.

How to test

  • Go to Service Inventory, ensure the page loads correct.
  • Select a service with an error rate, go to the overview and select an error listed on the overview page
  • The Error tab should load correctly with all relevant details, and the metadata tab should load without regression.
  • This PR must also pass CI
