[receiver/elaticapmintake][processor/elasticapm] Fix fass.trigger.request_id attribute name

Overview

• Fixes the mapping for the faas trigger request id. The attribute name should be faas.trigger.request_id instead of faas.trigger.request.id.
  • Note: There is currently an open PR which will define a single place for these apm/ecs attribute names here Update span enrichment to align with existing APM data logic opentelemetry-lib#237. I have corrected the faas.trigger.request_id name there as well.
• Add faas attributes to metricsets.ndjson testdata
