VR3 cannot be trained with Arduino UNO

Using the library example from this, I can successfully obtain the Baud Rate from another code to check baud rate, settings seems to be running fine, only problem is my module does not receive any voice.

It does not matter how loud I yell, the LEDs are blinking, meaning that the module is transferring signals in some ways, just not my voices I guess.
