New version of the bootloader that better handles the i/o with the external flash memory to avoid timeouts that could occur after devices were re-programmed hundreds/thousands of times with larger binaries.
Prior to this update, the gradual wear on the flash memory would cause i/o to slow down enough to cause timeouts, making the device appear like it can no longer be programmed.
This update addresses that issue.
