This PR adds LED control through PWM based on PX4FLOW Quality factor.
The extras.txt file has to be added to the SD card to adjust min and max PWM values for the channel on which the LED is connected.
A custom mixer has to be added on the SD card in etc/mixers/[...].mix to change the channel that will be used to actuator control group 1, and scale output from 0 to 1. (Links to the files will be provided.)

PID parameters have been added to control the LED intensity with respect to FLOW Quality.

This is WIP.

So the update on this is that the pwm output works at logic level 3.3v, which is kind of incompatible with the current setup. Should we just change the LED to ON/OFF or simply leave it on the entire time? We could do 1 run with and 1 run without at the competition.

I'd like to change the transistor for an op amp, it should do the job but we could turn it on or off as a last resort of course

To be honest, if tonight's tests work out, I would be more interested in implementing laser rangefinder functionality rather than fine control over the LED it would be much more interesting in terms of public relations and will definitely help us get more funding.
