Instructions:

1. Download the d3d8.zip file and unzip it to your Silent Hill 2 folder.
2. Modify the d3d8.ini file as desired.
3. Download and install other Silent Hill 2 Enhanced Edition packages, see the full Installation Guide.
4. Start playing Silent Hill 2.
