fix: handlebars parser@2.2.0

• Fixes Problem with @handlebars/parser @ 2.2.0 #1669
• There were few attempts to fix it directly in @handlebars/parser, but they (apparently) have all potential to break esm(?) variant:
  • fix: After the the thing builds handlebars-lang/handlebars-parser#21

• While this patch makes ember-cli-addon-docs itself fixed, we will need to issue a requirement for consumers of this addon to always use node>=20.19 otherwise the consumers will get error like:

require() of ES Module /Users/michal/ember/ember-intl/node_modules/.pnpm/@handlebars+parser@file+..+handlebars-parser/node_modules/@handlebars/parser/dist/cjs/index.js not supported.
Instead change the require of index.js in null to a dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS modules.
