After completing the exercise, I realized that the Spanish description of the exercise requirements could be improved.

I reviewed and improved the Spanish translations of the document GuildedRoseRequirements_es.md. These are the changes included:

• fixed some minor typos
• replaced some words with other words that are more translation-accurate and colloquial
• rephrased some paragraphs for easier understanding of the exercise and clarifications
• apply formatting to some keywords in the exercise description (quality, sellIn, etc...) for better readability and consistency with the English version
