Introduced a new "Zen Editor" subproject in editor/ to serve as a local "second brain" authoring environment.

Features:

  • Frontend: Svelte + svelte-lexical for a minimalist, "Kinfolk-inspired" writing interface.
  • Sync: Real-time collaboration via yjs and WebSocket, supporting LAN access (iPad/Desktop).
  • Backend: Node.js server (editor/server/) with custom Yjs implementation (bypassing y-websocket export limits).
  • Persistence: SQLite database (zen.db) stores document state, updated with a debounce strategy.
  • Plan: Added PLAN.md outlining the architecture and future roadmap (plugins, Astro publication).

This is a standalone scaffold that does not yet modify the existing Astro site or build process.
