This PR adds cluster-api to the list. Cluster-API or CAPI is a sub-project of Kubernetes focused on providing declarative APIs and tooling to simplify provisioning, upgrading, and operating multiple Kubernetes clusters. You can use Cluster-API to manage other clusters via a management cluster containing Kubernetes resources. For managed workload clusters, it also relies on provider-specific controllers. I would be happy to help adding them as well 🤗

Hello 👋,

I may need some guidance from you. The project has the concept of maintenance mode, which is the time between the standard support and end of life. I thought this could be represented by eoes but the check fails now because it seems that the eoes needs to be after the eol. Should I remove the eoes or is it possible that you adjust the rules so that this use case is possible? @usta

Thank you very much!
