This pull request adds a new command line argument to moq-sub to fetch the catalog track and use the track names in it instead of the default hard-coded names. It obviously works with moq-pub, but it also enables moq-sub to receive video from @rafaelcaricio's gst-moq-pub.
The PR is split into two parts to make the changes easier to understand.
