Requirement Engineering Widget

This is a major update of the widget, including the contributions from
Kispe:

• New format for storing the requirements on Gitlab
• Import/Export functionalities from/to Excel and ReqIf
• Interface to the AI Virtual Assistant from N7Space (distributed
  separately)
• Overall refactoring of the widget user interface
