Update auger to a modern kubernetes and etcd version

This pull request updates auger to use a much more modern version of k8s and etcd dependencies.

This gets us roughly up to date with k8s 1.26 so we still have more work to do but it's a good increment of progress.

Noting that the scheme.go changes will eventually be superceded by autogen introduced in #2. I've done some minimal updates so things work until that merged.

Converting to draft - need to figure out the test failure after bbolt dependency was bumped. We might need to generate new cmd/testdata/boltdb/ content :/
