Stage Requirements

Pretalk preparations

  • The speaker should wear the microphone
  • The speaker should test if his computer display is showing everything properly, This implies the ability to connect computers to the projector through VGA, HDMI, Thunderbolt and the new mac USB
  • In case it's needed the speaker should be able to connect his computer to the audio output, to play a video or so
  • The MC microphone should be easily turned on/off

During the talk

  • A standing stand on the stage with a place to put the connected computer
  • The main projector displays the computer screen
  • The LCDs/secondary projectors on the back displays the computer screen
  • The voice of the speaker is audible all over the room with the ability to switch his michrophone off and turn the computer sound on

Recording

We should record in syncronisation the following Video channels:

  • The speaker himself recorded by a good quality camera
  • The speaker's computer should be captured in a good quality

While on Audio we should record:

  • The speaker's microphone
  • The speaker's computer audio out if needed
  • The MC's microphone
