A new type of systems programming language. Follow along: https://femtomc.github.io/slop/
This programming language and compiler are being written completely by driving AI.
Is it probable that such a thing will end in garbage? Absolutely 100%. But that's not the point.
This is a fun experiment.
- I think about what I want, look through references, and curate issues and plans with Codex.
- There's a
.claudesetup which brings new Claude instances into context, and there's a.claude/commands/work.mdcommand which drives Claude to find issues, and implement them. - There's a
scripts/three_reviews.shwhich invokes Codex, Claude, and Gemini (all latest frontier models) to review the work that the "implementor Claude" does. - This will be repeated, until I'm satisfied.
I wouldn't exactly recommend this setup, unless you're fine with paying ~400-600 dollars a month.
