Macedonian translation (Cyrillic and Latin alphabet)

Description

This PR adds complete Macedonian translations for all Filament packages in both Cyrillic and Latin alphabets.

Macedonian Language Support Added:

• mk_Cyrl - Macedonian Cyrillic alphabet
• mk_Latn - Macedonian Latin alphabet

Packages Translated (61 files total):

• ✅ actions (16 files) - Action modals and notifications
• ✅ forms (2 files) - Form components and validation messages
• ✅ infolists (1 file) - Info list components
• ✅ notifications (1 file) - Database notifications
• ✅ panels (32 files) - Complete panel interface including:
  • Layout and navigation
  • Authentication pages (login, register, profile, password reset, email verification)
  • Multi-factor authentication (app and email providers)
  • Resource pages (create, edit, list, view, manage related records)
  • Widgets and dashboard
• ✅ query-builder (1 file) - Query builder interface
• ✅ schemas (1 file) - Schema wizard components
• ✅ spatie-laravel-settings-plugin (1 file) - Settings page
• ✅ support (4 files) - Support components (pagination, copyable, modal, button)
• ✅ tables (1 file) - Table components and filters
• ✅ widgets (1 file) - Chart widget

Total: 122 translation files created (61 files × 2 variants)

All translations maintain the same directory structure as the English (en) locale and follow Filament's translation patterns. The translations are consistent across both alphabet variants.

Visual changes

N/A - This is a translation addition only. The UI will display in Macedonian instead of English when the locale is set to mk_Cyrl or mk_Latn.

Functional changes

• Code style has been fixed by running the composer cs command.
• Changes have been tested to not break existing functionality.
• Documentation is up-to-date.
