Update Material UI dependencies to latest versions

• Update @mui/material to 7.3.4
• Update @mui/system to 7.3.3
• Update @mui/lab to 7.0.1-beta.18
• Resolve breaking changes from MUI v7/v8 migrations:
  • Update Grid component imports (Grid2 -> Grid)
  • Remove deprecated TransitionProps/PaperProps
• Add yarn resolution for @types/react to fix type conflicts
• Update yarn.lock with new dependency versions
