Fix LICENSE file's copyright holder

I've seem a product using this SDK and thought the description of license seems to be somehow wrong.
Though after checking out the license file of this project the product copied the file so the original license file needs to be fixed.
I'm setting copyright year to 2025 but I'm not a legal person so please correct it if needed.
