This PR fixes the Lua LSP configuration for Neovim: - Correctly nests `Lua.runtime.version` and `Lua.workspace.checkThirdParty` for lua_ls. - Ensures neodev library includes plenary.nvim for enhanced type checking. - Improves LSP initialization and prevents misconfiguration warnings. Maintains proper LSP behavior and plugin integration.
