Sumamry of Issue being fixed
Unable to complete unit tests due to the absence of a defined constructor for the commerce_inventory.UpsertItemReservationRequest type. Attempts to instantiate this type in test classes fail, blocking the testing of a custom Inventory Service extension. This issue also impacts related classes such as UpsertReservationRequest.apex, InventoryReservation.apex, and others
