This commit adds visibility filter to NetworkWeapon.
Only changed _accept_projectile.rpc logic to rpc_id to visible peers.

Possible issues:
Client and Server node mismatches may happen?
Accessing VisibiliyFilter looks like this "_weapon.visibility_filter" which violates godots gdscript style.
