I have added a
maskoption that lets you solve the GS equation inside a specified boundary only, basically making this a fixed boundary code. This seems to work reasonably well and it useful for integration with pyrokinetics which will essentially be using FreeGS as an fixed boundary solver.Fixed boundary here meaning the fixed last closed flux surface rather than a fixed boundary at the edge of the rectangular grid used in FreeGS.
Maybe it could be named better?
