Follow up to #18710

Because it seems to be the latest Node.js version available in conda-forge https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/nodejs

How to test the changes?

  • I've included appropriate automated tests.
  • This is a refactoring of components with existing test coverage.
  • Instructions for manual testing are as follows:
    1. [add testing steps and prerequisites here if you didn't write automated tests covering all your changes]

License

  • I agree to license these and all my past contributions to the core galaxy codebase under the MIT license.

Because it seems to be the latest available in conda-forge as of today

No need to re-run CI here; mild bummer conda-forge doesn't have the latest LTS but this is totally fine to stick with for now.
