Introduces a `userTagsDetail` computed property to sort user tags by their `lastUsed` timestamp.
Updates the store's return object to include this new property.
Introduces a new TagsManagement component to manage user tags.
The component displays tags in a grid view using GCard, includes breadcrumb navigation, and provides actions like deleting tags.
Introduces a new "Manage Tags" option in the user preferences section, allowing users to view and manage their tags.
Introduces a new route and corresponding component for managing user tags.
Updates the router configuration to include the `/user/tags` path with the `TagsManagement` component and ensures anonymous users are redirected.
Also registers the new route in the web application setup.
