make wolf more resilient to cgNAT forgot
would not be necessary if wolf implemented the X-SS protocol extensions for associating stream IDs
we start the sessoin via api before handing off to user possibly before a delay. The user /launch client timeout default ive seen experimentally is 30s. So 30s seems reasonable RTP ping timeout for session

these are some patches I required to run wolf as part of kubernetes. these are not in a mergeable state. they are organized logically by commit, though
