Finding help with CE Phoenix.

ecartz edited this page Feb 27, 2020 · 1 revision

Many of you have struggled with finding help for your stores. Because you are store owners and not coding experts, it can be difficult to tell who is qualified and reliable. That's why we have the Phoenix Pro Certification system.

Development

If you need a new add-on developed for Phoenix, you can contact a Certified Phoenix Pro for help. In his decades of ecommerce experience, @gburton has amassed a broad collection of code that he can update to Phoenix standards for you. So check with him first to see if he can already fulfill your need. Don't forget to sign up for a Phoenix Pro Add-on subscription to get new Pro Add-on releases for Phoenix as they are made.

@raiwa (Rainer Schmied; contact form) provides installation and upgrade services. He sells Pro add-ons on his store. He can help you create significant changes in how your CE Phoenix cart operates. Contact him for a quote.

@BrockleyJohn (John Ferguson; contact form) provides hosting, installation, and upgrade services. He can do custom design and payment modules for you. Or help you integrate your cart with your stock management software. No project too small to be quoted.

Upgrades

Both @raiwa and @BrockleyJohn provide upgrade and installation services. On a 2.3.4 or older store and need help upgrading to Phoenix? Please contact them for a quote. In both cases, please let them know what add-ons you have installed on your current store and what you need in Phoenix. It often helps to link to your current store.
