This PR introduces following changes:

  • Improve backend docker build
  • Improve processing of polygon geometries:
    • update pg2b3dm library
    • review conversion from polygon to polyhedron using ThreadPoolExecutor
    • add initial implementation of LOD
    • add outline option
  • Fix limiting of features in dataset sample
  • Include option to convert shapefile to ellipsoidal height on upload
  • replace earcut js library with python library
