This surely does not work on all platforms, I assume a check for linux/amd64 at least

Description
Adds support for DB2 on IBM System i (formerly AS400) using ODBC/pyodbc since it was already included for other query runners (i.e. SQL Server)
How is this tested?
Tested by committing the changes to the base docker container/image.
