Next.js 14 test app upgraded to Next.js 15

The nextjs-14-test-app exists specifically to test Sentry wizard integration with Next.js 14, as confirmed by the corresponding nextjs-14.test.ts test suite (describe('NextJS-14')). Bumping next to 15.5.14 silently eliminates all Next.js 14 test coverage while duplicating the already-existing nextjs-15-test-app. Additionally, Next.js 15 with App Router expects React 19, but react and react-dom remain at ^18, which may cause build or runtime failures.
