actions/download-artifact released v5.
There is a breaking change, but this doesn't affect the documentation because it doesn't have the example which download single artifacts by ID.

In conclusion, it's good to keep in sync latest version.

• Bump actions/download-artifact from v4 to v5 when artifacts-v3-deprecation is enabled
