Allele Frequency Histogram
To see the proportion of individuals with a variant, enable “Allele Frequency Histogram”. In this view, each component hides any rows not present in that component. This feature causes paths to render in different rows across the full viewport and is off by default. The height of color edges on each component represents how many paths the edge has.
