news: Add news items to postgraphile.org and grafast.org about the major beta release

Description

At the moment, this is a straight copy of the graphile.org site with just the relevant bits for each project. I suspect there should be some expanding or wording change. If we get this live this week, we can send out a mailing list update. At the moment, we've only really shared news of this release to sponsors.
