Description

With a lot of keys/plans/subscriptions in mongodb, the migration might ends in timeout. Instead of updating everything at once we should update data in 1k batches

should we update the version to ensure that the upgrader will be run for all the customer ? Or should we consider that it will run only for customers for whom it failed
