docs: [CCM-23666]: Clean New to CCM section

Description

Update "New to CCM?" section to only include Overview and Get Started items

• Moved What's supported and CCM Enterprise to "Resources & Troubleshooting"
• Removed unnecessary screenshots and bloat from the Overview page
• Move FAQs from the overview to a dedicated FAQ page, listed under "Resources & Troubleshooting"
