chore: 🤖 Added github action to run e2e ui tests

Description

Added a github action to run e2e tests.
Will automatically run on PRs and has an option to run manually as well

Screenshots (if appropriate)

How to Test

Check test runs in a PR or use a manual workflow (manual workflow will only work after merging to main)

Checklist

• I have added before and after screenshots for UI changes
• I have added JSON response output for API changes
• I have added steps to reproduce and test for bug fixes in the description
