Unfortunately, it requires new event types so we'll have to update the plugins.

We could create a small repo for the action like it was done for tomhjp/gh-action-jira-create etc. since something in Go might be easier to test/maintain. At the same time, it's a single cURL request so it may be overkill. Lmk if there are any strong opinions one way or another!
