These were added in SDL 2.0.12--i've bumped the version threshold for recent-ish builds for this reason--I'll keep this change downstream if that's not OK but I figured it's reasonable since the absolute minimum version is just two releases prior, now.

FTR, 2.0.10 was the limit from build systems used in Hackage, Stackage, or both.
Technically, even Debian oldoldstable has 2.0.14 and the oldest non-EOLd Ubuntu has 2.0.18 🤔

Let's raise a bit higher then, to 2.0.14.

updated to use 2.0.14--not sure what's up with the CI jobs, but it doesn't look related to my eye
