Resolve #998. Drop attoparsec.Number instances.
More fore: Drop `attoparsec` dependency alltogether. We parse scientific from Text manually now. Notice, `scientific` parser in `attoparsec` is quadratic (uses `decimal`). haskell/attoparsec#217
