Installation via . install.sh

This is steadily improving but requires a wiped laptop or Pi, to see how far the install progresses from zero. So testing is pretty time consuming, especially on the Pi.

It is now assumed on both platforms that the main/root user is mema. The respective ini files have been changed to reflect this too. I'd suggest we standardise the password, for the moment, but this is a privacy risk when there's storage of user data.
