Fix casing in Docketfile mustache templates

Current templates mix casing (i.e. 'FROM' and 'as') raising a warning when running docker build .: WARN: FromAsCasing: 'as' and 'FROM' keywords' casing do not match (line 3)

I did it, but using a different email address. Is there a way to "unify" them?

It's already one the three email addresses I have in my GitHub profile, not the main one, though.
