This PR does a variety of cosmetic improvements to the egglog backend, like combining a bunch of process interaction fields into a struct, deleting a different struct, and so on. It cuts lines of code and makes the code more readable and easier to work on, which is going to matter if we end up making egglog the default as we've been discussing.
