This change replaces the variadic epfn helper with explicit unary and binary versions so that endpoint immovability propagation is clearer and more precise. The core interval logic and the trig and gamma operations now call the helper that matches the arity of the underlying bigfloat function, preserving the existing rounding behaviour while making the code easier to reason about.
