Update documentation and repository details

The documentation has been updated to better reflect our project's actual identity. The name in the home page title has been changed to "TheRedCube Home". Also, the repository and hostname in the VuePress theme configuration have been updated to our team's project. A link to the TheRedCube Blog was also included in README.md.
