The 5.0 release image with spur runs on the rsdl2 branch, given you do the following:

load VMMaker from source.squeak.org/VMMaker (use the update meta-package-description-thing)
load the changeset attached here into the image
also load the changeset attached here into the image

TODO:

convert to use new VMMaker.oscog branch to fix many smaller issues with object layout changes
include SystemTracer for saving the image
Figure out a way to simulate the ~50ms forced display refresh (otherwise dragging window frames and MVC stuff is not visible)
Figure out why some colors are off
